“ This hotel was a really nice place to stay. When we first arrived in the room, we found a couple bugs lurking around, but we were able to get rid of them. I found out shortly after, the room had a sliding glass door to the courtyard. This was actually great, because it made it easier for me to take my dog out to do her business rather than having to walk through the entire hotel. The hotel is a bit of a maze, so be aware of where you are. There was plenty of parking in the lot. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. There was always plenty of food and options. The front desk staff was always very helpful and courteous. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay again. ”
“ We left a filthy hotel and came to this Best Western at 11:00 at night. I could tell immediately after walking into the lobby that we were going to have a much better experience! It was clean and modern and didn't smell like smoke. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great. We only had one minor issue. My son found a stain on the comforter on the bed, (they don't use duvet covers,) and refused to sleep under it, so we put it on the floor. I took pictures and showed the front desk clerk the next morning. A manager reached out to us and refunded 50% of our stay. I thought that was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again! ”
